Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Able Leadership LLC DBA the AI CEO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
The AI CEO provides operational AI infrastructure consulting and implementation services for equipment finance companies, banks, and credit unions. Our services include process documentation, workflow automation, AI agent deployment, and team training.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of Able Leadership LLC DBA the AI CEO. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Service Guarantees
We offer a 90-Day Value Guarantee as described on our website. If we do not identify at least $500K in annual efficiency gains within the first 90 days of engagement, we will refund 100% of your investment. Specific terms and conditions apply to this guarantee and will be outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able Leadership LLC DBA the AI CEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, operational data, and proprietary processes. Specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in your service agreement or non-disclosure agreement.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
