You can add agents anytime. We'll adjust your monthly fee based on the tier you qualify for. If you move from 1 to 3 agents, you get the volume discount immediately.
Is there an implementation fee?
Implementation is project-based and scoped per agent. Discovery is included at no charge. Once your agent goes live, the ongoing maintenance fee kicks in. No surprises.
What if an agent doesn't work out?
We stand behind our work. If an agent isn't delivering results after 90 days, we'll optimize it or rebuild it at no additional cost. Your success is our success.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month terms with no long-term contracts. If you want to stop, give us 30 days notice and you're done. We don't lock you in.
